Flood the battlefield with black creatures and tokens to drain every opponent through Ayara. Sacrifice outlets, death triggers, and graveyard recursion turn expendable bodies into cards, mana, and a steadily shrinking table life total.
Opening plan: Prioritize black mana, an early creature, and a source of cards or repeatable bodies. Ayara costs three black mana, so the land base stays heavily weighted toward Swamps; colorless rocks help with later spells but cannot replace those black sources. The engine: Ayara triggers separately for herself and each other black creature entering under your control. Sengir Autocrat, Weaponcraft Enthusiast, and Abhorrent Overlord create multiple black bodies, while Reassembling Skeleton and Persistent Specimen can return repeatedly as mana allows. Ayara can also tap and sacrifice another black creature to draw a card. Deaths still matter: Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Syr Konrad give sacrifice outlets additional reach. Pawn of Ulamog and Sifter of Skulls create colorless tokens that can provide mana and death triggers, but those tokens do not trigger Ayara when they enter. Endrek Sahr's seven-Thrull sacrifice trigger requires careful sequencing. Finishing and rebuilding: Gray Merchant of Asphodel converts your black devotion into a large life swing. Living Death can return many black creatures at once, but it also restores opponents' graveyards; inspect those graveyards and use Bojuka Bog or hold your reset when their return would be stronger.
